Be Clear On Expectations
When working remotely, it is important to be clear on expectations–with yourself and your employer.
This means having a clear understanding of what your employer or clients expect from you in terms of work hours, deadlines, and tasks. This will help you plan out your day and ensure you are successful in your role and not stressed out.
If you are unclear about any of these things, make sure to ask for clarification. It is better to over-communicate than under-communicate when you are working remotely.

If your company doesn’t already use a communication tool like Slack or Google Chat, bring it up to your boss as a suggestion.
